CP-8001 – Base central unit of the TC800 system
Contains no integrated inputs or outputs.
It is dedicated exclusively to system control and communication with peripherals.
The central module provides:

communication with higher-level systems

control of the high-speed system bus TCL3, to which all TC800 plug-in I/O modules are connected
Thanks to this architecture, the system size is determined solely by the number and type of expansion modules, not by the central unit variant.
TC800 is therefore suitable for large-scale industrial applications requiring high I/O density, a clear control-cabinet structure, and long-term scalability.
