For registered customers, we have launched the Teco AI tool, which extends standard technical support with fast search and work with technical information using artificial intelligence.

Teco AI works exclusively with Teco’s internal sources. It does not use public data from the internet. Responses are generated based on:

  • Product PDF documentation

  • The web catalog

  • The Teco Wiki knowledge base

  • The Teco Support database

Each response includes specific references to the sources used (e.g., exact pages of documentation), enabling immediate verification, review of broader context, and efficient follow-up work.


How Teco AI Works

The user submits a technical query in a conversational format. The system analyzes the available documentation and returns a response structured according to the identified sources. If necessary, the query can be further refined or followed up with an additional question.

Teco AI is particularly suitable for:

  • Searching for specific parameters or wiring information

  • Verifying module compatibility

  • Navigating extensive documentation

  • Finding configuration or setup procedures

Recommendations for Effective Use

To obtain the most accurate response, we recommend:

  • Providing the exact product designation (e.g., CP-xxxx, MR-xxxx, etc.)

  • Specifying the context (power supply, communication, etc.)

  • Formulating the query clearly and with technical precision
